First of all, THANK YOU for being here! I am so grateful that you are here shopping around and enjoying all the things!
I started this creative outlet when I became a single mom. I knew I still wanted to stay home with my babies, but I still needed to take care of us. I figured what better way than to create a few things that are Tried & True, dear to my heart, and have helped me in one way or another- all while allowing me to provide for my girls and I! We have been creating these pieces since 2019 and have filled our cups and hearts throughout the past few years! I hope you find some pieces to add to your collection!
FAQ
WHY DOES MY PIECE NOT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PRODUCT IMAGE:
Most of my items are hand made. Each piece may vary slightly from the next and I like it this way! This means every piece is unique.  No two are the same and not one will be "perfect".Â
Pieces are subject to change at any time. If I see fit to make an alteration, IÂ will keep the piece as close to the original as possible.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?
Due to the pandemic and a high volume of orders, my current processing time may be up to 1 week with certain pieces. The shipping method is standard for all purchases and does not affect processing time.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY:
Due to our strict health and safety standards and the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any of our jewelry pieces that have ever been worn. This is a health concern as jewelry is placed in the ears and on the skin
-All returns MUST be initiated within 2 days of the date of receiving the item. This includes items that arrive damaged.
-Items MUST be unworn and still in the packaging.
-PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not eligible for return.
-Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest picking a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance to protect your item from theft of loss. Any lost or stolen returns are not the responsibility of Jacuelynsthings.
-All returns will be processed when the item is received in the shop. STORE CREDIT ONLY minus a 15% restocking fee, will be issued as long as the item is returned in the above conditions.
ARE YOUR PIECES HAND MADE:
All of the pieces in the Customizable Collection and almost all of our other pieces are dreamed up and hand made with high quality materials and the utmost care!
WILL MY ITEMS FADE OR TARNISH:
All pieces are .925 Sterling Silver and should not tarnish, fade or leave discoloration marks on your skin. To help with the longevity of the piece, I recommend you DO NOT shower, wash your hands, get in hot tubs, spray perfume or other harsh chemicals on or near these items as it may affect the condition of item.
WHAT IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS? CAN YOU FIX IT FOR ME?:
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer a warranty or life time guarantee and can not replace or refund any product that is damaged due to normal wear and tear. If your item breaks with in a week of receiving it we will gladly repair it free of charge. You will need to provide an image of the damaged piece and your order number when reaching out. Â
If your item arrives damaged please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number and image of the damage,  so that we can get you taken care of!
